NOTE: We generally do not accept exchanges, process refunds or cancellations after order is placed. Please ensure you check sizing charts and be sure of your order before you place it. If the item you purchased is defective, please contact us at heygirl@heavenjulie.com

SHIPPING

Usually, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which time it is shipped out. The shipping time depends upon location, but is estimated at 3-5 business days after that time. 

Right now, including due to the recent pandemic, our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase. This is due to our seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
